Today, I realized that I haven't really taken a piece of hell yet, that is, until TODAY. Basketball training? ABSOLUTE SHIT. So freaking tired k. One guy even vomited. Most of my friends even had problem breathing, most of them coughed once they breathed in too deep.
Not hell enough? There was no water breaks for 2 HOURS. Enough about that. After the hellish training, I went to Pizza Hut with my family celebrate birthday =D. Ate a lot lol. Maybe cause of the training.
Came back, cut cake then I came and post. Yeah so, however pain my ankle and kneecap hurts, I have to PERSEVERE! Going sleep soon cause tomorrow 7.45 must report for training again. @_@.
