Hello once again. Had basketball training today. Ran 3k, did ball handling skills, played 3v3. Me, James, Kevin vs. another three. Won 11-6.
Had PT after that, ran 45 times @_@. Oh yeah, plus 9 rounds around the basketball court cause the group missed lay-ups. ZZ. Hais, somehow, something isn't right. In my last post, I mentioned innocent thingy. As I think about it more and more, I realised that everyone is changing. THE WORLD TOO. THE EARTH. Global warming, financial crisis, whatever. Tried to stop thinking. Cant.
